Our Coffee

Botanic Blend is roasted weekly exclusively for us by Master Roaster Bill Parianos at Bill’s Beans Orange NSW. Our blend is comprised of Columbian Supremo, Sumatran Mandheling and Ethiopian Limu to create a smooth chocolate driven coffee with a sweet finish The cooler dryer environment of Orange allows certain distinct advantages in developing fuller distinct flavours within coffee.

Our baristi are able to work with Bill in refining this blend to even higher standards and creates constant opportunities for us to continue our coffee journey to the highest standards..

We are also proud to serve a Rainforest Alliance Blend of Colombian & PNG Organic Decaf which leaves caffeine optional without losing the taste.
